1 Click the search box.
2 Type in printers and Click Printers & scanners, System settings.

3 Click Buzz (2nd Floor) on CSMsrv01
4 Click Manage
5 Click Printer properties
6 Click Device Settings
7 Click Settings...
8 Click Department ID:
9 Type in your printer pinand Click Confirm Department ID/PIN When Printing
9b Click
10 Click OK
11 Click Settings(W)...
12 Type in your username for windows loginand Click PIN for Secured Print:

13 Type in your printer pin againand Click OK

14 Click OK
15 That's it. You're done.
